4. Get Paid When It Sells
Once sold, we deduct a 10% commission and send the 90% to you via Bank Transfer, Suncash, Sand Dollar or Paypal.
Terms of the Assisted Selling Program
Effective Date: 20th March, 2025
By submitting products to our Assisted Selling Program, you (the “Seller”) agree to the following terms:
1. Listing and Promotion
All products submitted are subject to review and approval.
Buying Bahamian reserves the right to edit, enhance, or reject listings.
Listings may be featured in promotional campaigns.
2. Commissions and Payments
A 10% commission will be deducted from the final sale price.
Sellers will receive 90% of the sale via their selected payout method within 2 to 3 business days after sale confirmation.
3. No Upfront Fees
There are no listing or registration fees.
The program is commission-only.
4. Auctions
If choosing an auction, the seller may set a starting bid and reserve price.
Winning bidders have 48 hours to complete payment or the item may be relisted.
5. Product Condition & Authenticity
Sellers affirm that all items listed are accurately described and owned by them.
Buying Bahamian is not liable for product defects or misrepresentations.
6. Returns and Disputes
Returns and refund policies will be clearly communicated to buyers.
Sellers must respond to disputes within 48 hours.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Listings can be removed at the seller’s request or for policy violations.
8. Agreement
By submitting your product, you agree to these terms and affirm that all information provided is accurate.
