Listings that violate these rules will be removed, and the seller may face account suspension.

4. Fair Pricing:
- Pricing should be fair and reflect the true value of the item. Price gouging, excessive shipping fees, or misleading pricing practices are not allowed.

- Both buyers and sellers are required to protect each other’s personal information. Sharing, selling, or misusing personal data, such as addresses, payment details, or contact information, is strictly prohibited.
8. Authentic and Legal Products:
- All products sold on Buying Bahamian must be authentic and comply with applicable laws. Counterfeit goods, stolen items, or any products that infringe on intellectual property rights are not allowed.
9. No Fraudulent Activity:
- Any form of fraud, including payment scams, false claims, or attempts to manipulate the platform, will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

11. Marketplace Fees and Payments: – Sellers are responsible for paying all applicable marketplace fees, including subscription fees, listing fees, and transaction fees. Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension.
12. Conflict Resolution: – In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue amicably through the platform’s messaging system. If a resolution cannot be reached, Buying Bahamian’s support team may intervene to mediate.
13. Marketplace Etiquette: – Buyers and sellers should follow general marketplace etiquette, including responding to inquiries promptly, honoring commitments, and providing feedback after transactions.
14. Reporting Violations: – Users are encouraged to report any violations of these marketplace rules to the Buying Bahamian support team. Reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken.
15. Account Security: – Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to an account is prohibited.
16. Termination of Accounts: – Buying Bahamian reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these marketplace rules or engages in behavior that harms the platform or its users.
