Concierge Listing Terms

A service-provider profile or individual vacation rental property listing costs USD 9.99 per month. Each additional property needs its own subscription. There is no setup fee or free trial.

You submit your details first. We review your listing before you can subscribe. Payment starts only when you approve the recurring subscription with PayPal. Your listing appears after approval and a confirmed payment.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep contact details up to date and hold any licences, permissions and insurance required for your services. Only upload photos you own or have permission to publish. Contact information marked public will be shown to visitors.

Subscriptions and cancellation

The subscription renews every month at USD 9.99 until cancelled. Cancel future renewals from My Listings or your PayPal account. A cancelled listing can remain visible until the confirmed paid period ends. Pausing a listing hides it but does not cancel its subscription. Editing your listing sends it back for review while billing continues.

Failed, suspended, reversed or refunded payments can hide a listing. Approved listings may also be paused or removed for inaccurate information or violations. If we reject a paid listing permanently, we will contact you to resolve future billing and any applicable refund.

Enquiries and bookings

A listing provides visibility and eligibility for concierge referrals; it does not guarantee enquiries, referrals, bookings or income. Hosts and providers set their own availability, service prices and booking terms. Guests pay providers or booking platforms separately. Buying Bahamian does not manage rental reservations through this directory and is not affiliated with Airbnb or Vrbo.

The tourist’s USD 15 concierge connection fee is separate from your monthly listing fee and from the cost of any provider service or accommodation.
