These terms apply to buyingbahamian.com operated by Buying Bahamian in The Bahamas. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. An adult with authority to enter a purchase must place orders. Specific product details, a written service agreement and mandatory consumer rights also apply.
Accounts and content
Keep credentials and private order links secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for having permission to publish submitted content. Tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, post unlawful or misleading content, infringe rights, harass users, spam, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access or evade payment.
Prices, payments and services
Prices labeled USD are in US dollars. Review the product, format, total and any disclosed charges before paying. PayPal processes payments; a return screen or screenshot alone does not establish completed payment. Business services are paid services with scope, deliverables, revisions, price and schedule agreed in writing before work. A quote or enquiry alone creates no purchase obligation. No business, funding, publishing approval, sales or income outcome is guaranteed.
Third-party listings and bookings
Directory entries and ads are submitted by listers. Customers must confirm identity, availability, suitability, price and terms directly with the business.
