Paid packages and renewal
Business Profile is US$15 per month. Premium Mini Website is US$25 per month. Memberships renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled. No free listing tier is offered. Your profile must be approved before you can subscribe; a completed recurring payment must be verified before publication.
Your business information
Supply accurate details and only images, videos and materials you have permission to use. Choose what contact details to make public. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or confidential customer information. Changes are reviewed before they replace published content. Buying Bahamian may request corrections or suspend unsuitable listings.
Cancellation, failed payments and plan changes
You can request cancellation in the business-owner dashboard or manage your automatic payment in PayPal. In this initial version, cancellation removes the listing from public display immediately and stops future billing; it does not automatically refund prior payments. Failed, suspended, refunded, reversed or expired payments may remove public access. A package change requires cancellation and a new reviewed subscription; prorating is not implemented.
Enquiries and customer transactions
Customers contact the listed business directly. Listing membership does not include marketplace product checkout, transaction processing for the business, guaranteed leads, booking automation, advertising placement or verified reviews. The Premium enquiry form shares the sender’s name, email and message with the business owner.
Privacy and support
We process owner email, profile data, subscription references and customer enquiries using our hosting, email and payment providers. Published business content and contact details are publicly accessible. Owner sign-in emails contain a private link valid for 15 minutes. Never share it. Decisions to approve before launch
Finalize refund eligibility and time limits, data-retention periods, acceptable businesses, moderation response times, tax treatment, cancellation access timing and any service standards before enabling billing. The current cancellation rule is immediate removal. These draft terms do not remove any applicable customer rights.
