Do I need a SmartLink Band to use SmartLink Pro?
No. The profile is the digital service, and the band is optional. You can request a digital-only profile and share its direct link or QR code without buying a band. Choose the digital profile only option in the signup form.
Will it work with my phone?
The receiving phone must support reading NFC tags, with NFC available and enabled where required. An internet connection is needed to open the online profile. Reading position and whether you need to unlock the phone vary by model. We’ll test compatibility with the sample bands before confirming launch support. See Apple’s NFC reading guidance.
What is SmartLink Pro?
SmartLink Pro is the digital profile service: a web page with the business information and links you choose to make public. Share it by link or QR code. An optional SmartLink Band can also point a compatible phone to that same profile.
When can I buy a band?
We are targeting November 2026. The sample, production arrangements and landed costs must be confirmed first. Join the tester list to enquire about availability; we are not collecting payments on this page.
Are the colors and water resistance confirmed?
The banner is a launch concept. Final colors, branding, fit, durability and water resistance will be confirmed after reviewing the sample. We’ll share the confirmed product details before taking orders.
Does joining the list start a subscription?
No. It only sends your interest to our orders team. If you later choose digital-only access or a band package, you will receive the final price and subscription terms before agreeing to any payment.
Can I put private information on my profile?
SmartLink profiles are intended for information you want people to see. Share public business and contact details, not passwords, payment credentials or confidential personal records.
